This full day workshop is designed to develop a comprehensive understanding of public sector recruitment and selection and your role within it as a panel chair or panel member, developing methodology, selecting the person best suited to the position in a transparent, fair and timely manner, achieving the best result for your organisation and positively managing the candidate experience.
This workshop has been recently updated to incorporate information from the Queensland Public Sector Act 2022 and the Recruitment and Selection Directive 07/23 and supports agencies as they work towards ensuring a high-performing and diverse workforce through fair and transparent, merit-based selection processes.

Venue & Timing:
